It covers regular contact for the first 3.5 months for all permanent, non-ongoing placements and contracts. For contract assignments, we ensure contact every 8 weeks for the duration of the assignment.

Onboarding process

Our onboarding recruitment support team is responsible for compliance, including the smooth and speedy transition of all onboarding requirements and verification checks.

Resume presentation

All resumes for ICT candidates are uniformly formatted in an easy-to-read, scannable manner. This saves clients time and money and enables them to more quickly compare and fairly assess multiple resumes.

Data is fully protected at face2face. Access is strict. Data is secured in transit Transport Layer Security (TLS). Offsite backups are encrypted and transferred securely with TLS.
