ICT on the move – candidates wanted

Today's ICT employment market is active with more categories of experts being recruited by public and private sector companies. Compare the 2014 pie chart to the 2010 pie chart to see what we mean. For 2014, system/network engineers (14%), business analysts (12%), data warehousing staff (11%), testers (11%), .NET staff (7%) and architects (7%) remain in demand. So too do other service categories such as change managers, web developers/designers and JAVA/JEE experts (3% each).

Give us a call to discuss your area of expertise and let's work together to get you placed in a meaningful and rewarding position.

ICT - market trends

ICT is a sector that continually changes and evolves.

We can help you understand what this means for the type of work you're looking for. Demand for security clearance is an example, as these two charts, comparing 2010 and 2014, illustrate. In today's environment, 68% of ICT positions require some level of security clearance (NV2, NV1 or baseline). Thirty-two per cent do not require any security clearance.
