Helping women get back to work

We know the power of women’s potential. Future Women’s Jobs Academy and face2face Recruitment have established a partnership to help you find an exciting position and pursue the type of secure, rewarding career you want.

As the preferred recruiter in the partnership, face2face will back you to build the confidence, capabilities and connections you need to find future employment.

Meet your support team

face2face has assigned our Chief Executive Officer, Kate Prior, and our Talent Manager, Marietta Rudolf, to support you through each stage of your job search.

Kate Prior – Chief Executive Officer

Kate, our Chief Executive Officer, has been in the recruitment industry for decades. She opened her own business, face2face Recruitment, in February 2005, believing the recruitment industry was slowly, but surely, becoming de-humanised and driven by numbers not people. Before face2face, Kate spent more than 20 years as a recruitment consultant with large international firms before starting face2face. She is passionate about the industry and thinks strategically and creatively on behalf of both clients (employers) and candidates (jobseekers) believing there is an effective solution to every recruitment challenge, whether large or small.

Marietta Rudolf – Talent Manager

Marietta, our dedicated Talent Manager, is skilled at drawing out the best in candidates and guiding them on how to highlight their hard skills, soft skills and transferrable skills. Passionate about identifying talent and supporting women to think laterally about new opportunities, Marietta is approachable and supportive.

Tell us about your interests

To target and tailor job opportunities for you, face2face needs to know more about what you’d like from your career and where you want to be.

To get started: Complete and submit this quick and easy form and attach your resume.

Once we receive your resume and completed form, Jade or Marietta will reach out to organise a meeting.

Learn about our partnership with Jobs Academy

Future Women’s Jobs Academy is determined to do something about that, and so are we at face2face Recruitment.

Through a new partnership between Jobs Academy and face2face, the potential of more women of all backgrounds, ages and levels of experience will be unlocked. This means connecting women of enormous talent with organisations competing for the best skills in today’s highly competitive job market.
