Project Coordinator.

The project coordinator, operating within agreed reporting structures, is responsible for:

  • Previous project support and/or governance experience is desirable (+2 years)
  • Coordinates assigned project components on behalf of the Transition and Program manager to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Advise and assist project team members in the application of project procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting standards
  • Provide support to groups such as Project Groups, Working Groups and Steering Committees including assistance in the production of reports and meeting papers, minute taking and agenda distribution
  • Develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems
  • Undertake any other administrative tasks as specified by the Transition and Program manager
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking and ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and support branch needs
  • Strong computer literacy skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Prince2 certification preferred
