The successful candidate will require the below mentioned skills and experience for the role:

1. Proven client service experience in an ICT Service Desk or Desktop Support role
2. Highly effective written and oral communication skills
3. Knowledge and experience in managing user ICT support requests and problem solving skills
4. Ability to support the following technologies:
– Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)
– Windows 7/10
– Microsoft Office 2010/16
– Cisco call manager
– Video conferencing facilities
– Mobile device management
– Desktop PC’s
– Monitors
– Surface Pros
– MFDs
5. Demonstrated ability working with ICT government best practice and methodologies and an understanding of the ITIL processes being highly desirable
