EL1 Change Manager

  • Role based in Geelong
  • $60.00 per hour plus 9.5% super

 

This position is within a dynamic, growing organisation; it is currently undergoing significant change which impacts upon external stakeholders, as well as staff, community based partners and other stakeholders.

Duties

  • Conduct and facilitate change planning sessions, document outcomes and recommendations
  • Identification and analysis of stakeholders likely to be impacted by change
  • Determine the scope and impacts of business change, including the development of formal business impact assessments
  • Provide support for change activities, communications, training and development

Required Characteristics

  • Experience in planning and conducting workplace or organisational change in a large or complex organisation
  • Experience in facilitating change planning; including stakeholder identification, business impact analysis and change management planning
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Desirable Characteristics

  • Formal training and qualifications on workplace and organisational change (Prosci or similar)
  • Experience planning and leading change in a public sector environment
  • Experience planning and coordinating business-side change activities
  • Training and/or experience in customer focussed techniques and work practices
